La Fábrica El Hércules es una antigua planta de hilados y tejido subicada al noreste de Querétaro, en el barrio que creció a su alrededor como un tejido habitacional y obrero que define aún hoy el carácter del lugar. Operó durante 173 años hasta cerrar en 2019.

El proyecto como consiste en la recuperación y puesta en valor de este conjunto industrial para transformarlo en un destino de carácter mixto donde conviven una cervecería artesanal, oficinas, talleres, estudios creativos y comercios locales

The El Hércules Factory is a former spinning and weaving plant located in the northeast of Querétaro, in the neighborhood that grew around it as a residential and working-class fabric that still defines the character of the place today. It operated for 173 years until closing in 2019.

The project consists of the recovery and enhancement of this industrial complex to transform it into a mixed-use destination where a craft brewery, a boutique hotel, workshops, creative studios and local business coexist.
